Travelled with John and Alison to the North Pennines, UK

This cam travelled with us for the next month... The theme is TIME!!! .....from Johns 50th Festival in Littondale (18th September 2009) .....to the wild and wooly Assynt area of far north west Scotland which hosts some of the oldest rock formations on the planet .....to the Perthshire churchyard of Fortingall, where Europe's oldest living thing abides - a yew tree (estimated to be between 2000-5000 years old) .....and finally (1st November 2009) to Throssel Hole Buddhist Abbey in the North Pennines, where it was passed onto Ruth, a Buddhist and keen photographer, who is about to travel home to Vancouver - it was good to meet with you, Ruth

Travelled from NE England to Vancouver with Ruth S. and then handed over again.

I received camera 219, from Allison and John Whalley, while at Throssel Hole Buddhist Abbey, near Allendale, in the north of England, and took the camera to Vancouver, Canada, where I shot a few photos. On December the 3rd I handed the camera over to Justin Spence while at Granville Island in Vancouver.

Handed over to Justin in Granville Island, and then left on a bus.

I received a camera months ago now at Granville Island. Cannot remember the name of the woman who gave it to me, but I was informed it had begun its trip in Newcastle, England. Walking along the water towards Kitsilano in Vancouver I snapped a couple of shots of the sun setting on the bay. A few weeks ago I left the camera on a 50 False Creek South bus as I exited.

Found at REI in Seattle by Liz W

I found Camera 219 on April 3, 2011 at REI in Seattle. I will take some pictures and pass it along in the next few weeks or months. My fiancee thinks we should wait until our wedding to snap a shot of that! It's not until July though, so I might send it on it's way before that.

Found at the Stonerose Interpretive Center in Republic, Washington by Karl V

We wanted to let you know we found this camera. It was left in the Stonerose Interpretive Center in Republic, Washington on July 22nd, 2011. It was discovered while the staff was cleaning up the center at the end of the day. We think it was taken to the fossil site with one of our families who went digging for fossils.

  • Image 4 was from our cross country bike trip honeymoon from Seattle to Minnesota. The picture #4 is in Molson, WA a ghost town that has been turned into a museum. Image #5 is at the top of Loop Loop pass in the Cascade mountains. It was one of the first passes we went over on our trip. We left the camera in Molson and it kept going on it´s way!
