    Jim volunteers for an organisation called Foodbank - http://www.foodbanksbc.org/ He basically harvests the trees of people in the neighbourhood who can afford to spare the crop their plants produce. In the case of many people nearby, avocados. This saves them going to waste and also supplies valuable food to the homeless and needy in the local area.
